How do I get help when the store manager is unable to help me. I purchased a washer and dryer that were delivered on Saturday,, August 25. It is an awful washer and dryer. I want to exchange but it cannot happen in same time frame. HELP

You probably want to call their corp. Number, but GMs have to go by a system which tells them when product will be in and can be delivered. 1888bestbuy. This is a public forum and not their direct contact.
