How many people does it take to screw a light bulb at Best Buy Headquarters? It took a whole BB HQ to screw a light bulb. That's an understatement! It took them more than 5 months to correct my name and mailing address and about 15 times that I called them in order to send my refund check. The people that worked there kept transferring me to multiple departments while I was on the phone because none one seemed to come up with a resolution. They said I would get it in a week or two. Then, I waited for it and kept checking for email confirmations which they said I would, but never got them. This nonsense kept going for over 5 months. This absurd resolution is beyond unacceptable. I would give them minus 25 for each month they had me wait for a false promise that they did not deliver... Shame on you Best Buy Headquarters!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I thought going through a reputable company like Best Buy would be the place to go when buying a refurbished computer. Boy we’re we wrong! I am a teacher and we purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook from Best Buy online. We paid $700 for it. It has never worked properly. We’ve tried taking it in to our local Best Buy. They’ve told us there’s nothing they can do. The Geek Squad tried to fix the issue to no avail. They also said they could send it in to get it repaired ( do not remember where) but I would have to pay another $700 -$900 per hour for the labor. ARE YOU SERIOUS??!! We could’ve just purchased a new one. Now, I understand that $700 may not be a lot to some people, but to us IT IS! Shame on Best Buy for having me go through this, including visiting the store on several occasions and making it so hard for me to get things done. So so stressful and we are not in the business of giving away money to an already well-to-do company. DO NOT buy refurbished from Best Buy!

Horrible customer service. Do not use their Installation team. I paid for installation for a ring doorbell for my mom as a Christmas gift because i am out of state and she is elderly. They installed the doorbell wrong. my mom started having electrical issues as soon as they left. We had to turn off electricity to a portion of her house. we called back and they said they don't have the ability to come back out for two weeks. I told them this was a health/safety issue and that this was unacceptable. Their response was don't worry we have insurance for that if anything happens. They could care less about my moms safety. We ended up having someone else come out to fix this issue. I cancelled their appoint that was two weeks out and asked for a refund. They advised they could give me a 25% refund. After escalating this I was told they would give me 50% refund but only on a gift card. I have told them this is not acceptable and still trying to get this resolved. Its been a month and they are opening an investigation. This will be the last thing I ever purchase from best buy if they don't make this right.

We purchased a GE washer and Dryer from Best Buy on August 24, 2021. We have had nothing but trouble since. The delivery and installation was a joke. The driver made an excuse that our dryer outlet was the wrong amp. If he has taken a few seconds to look at our fuse box he would have seen that it was the correct amperage. He was just making excuses not to do the installation because they were behind on their deliveries. He never even took the cord off our old dryer. I had to pay an electrician over $200 to install a new plug. When I called to complain and ask for a refund on my electrician bill they refused. Next I called because I wanted the dryer door flipped. The tech that came out did not know what he was doing. He had the door completely unassembled. All he had to do was take the door off at the hinges, flip it and reinstall so that it opened right to left. Now the door feels like it is going to fall off. I called to complain today and they said I was over 90 days and would be charged to get it fixed. It is obvious to me that Best Buy does not care about their customers.

Wow! Sheer awesomeness of horrible service! After failing to get my local store to answer their own phone (several times), I called customer service (not easy to find on the website), they managed to hang up on me three times while trying to connect me to a supervisor who could take my complaint. The waiting queue didn't work right and the chat simply had me call the same number that was not doing the job. I "escalated" to the customer service department and they said they would have someone contact me but that has not happened. So I tried calling the corporate offices, the operator then basically hung up on me trying to transfer my call after I had explained that I had a store complaint. I spent over an hour of my life just trying to tell them their store wasn't taking care of basic customer service, but this is the story of corporate America: it. just. doesn't. care. about. people. I will never ever ever shop with them again.
I just had an experience that was definitely not a good one. I ordered a PC, got it, pulled our three monitor and the stand was lopsided by about 3/8 inch. I called customer service and the first person I talked to actually said "ma'am what really happened to the monitor" like I purposely damaged the product. 2 calls later and 4 different people, I'm being sent a new PC but honestly the first call was all it took fir me to decide I'd never buy the again. The last 3 people were very kind and helpful but it doesn't fix what the first call to customer service did.
Overall service? I want to speak to corporate about the way they treat their top geek squad customers. For all the money one has to pay to get geek squad services and to get awful service is just downright highway robbery. I have been trying to get a hold of someone but haven’t been connected to anyone with the ability to do something about this issue. If I can get an address and an email to directly submit my complain would be great. I always thought the customer came first but doesn’t seem to be the case with Best Buy.

If you have a geek squad protection plan you should be able to call that contact number to schedule a repair.

We also bought a TV from them this week and it also jas a cracked screen. Said we caused it and basically called us liars. Said they talked 4 employees about how they loaded it for us and they "all gave the exact same story". Yep that's right.. A "story" (lie) they all came up with after we called them this morning and told them we were bringing it back. Trying to figure out our next step. So disappointed in them. All they had to do was tell the truth.
I had a experience that my Thermador stove got delayed a day before closing on our house. I spoke with the GM of the Richfield store and he went above and beyond for us. Maybe you should of raised the issue to a GM?
They do, in fact they just celebrated The Navy's birthday and Marienes. Every employee got cake and we had service men talking and educating those who inquired. Veterans day they had a vet lunch and many posters around corporate thanking those who serve. Please do your reseach before you bash a company. Please respectfully think about facts not feelings.
I can tell you that this previous opinion of the Customer Service at the Oro Valley Store is 100% correct. In fact, it's so much worse that the previous individual didn't mention that the Manager Blake is more disrespectful than anyone in the Store. I have a 6 minute recording of my experience, and it will soon be on Twitter. One of their employees, Donzell Cook, is a despicable individual and the reason he's like 40 and still works there should tell you all you need to know about him. The Store Manager began defending the children (Not one employee would last one day at Chick-fil-A because to work there you have to smile and actually enjoy helping customers) that work there even though I have spent well over $10,000 in the last 3yrs and I have an Audio Recording of my entire visit to the Store. Go to Home Depot for all your appliances. Their Customer Service is very good and if you do have a problem, the Store Manager at the Oro Valley store will immediately intervene and make it OK.

We have many distribution centers all across the US. Typically, items like these are far and few between so it's likely that we had to pull from stock in a far off DC to send it to you.
Same day repairs at Select Locations according to thier website. Was your location a Select Location?
It is my understanding there are a couple possibilities. Note, I am not a SuperAmerica representative. Your question is not quite clear to me, but my general understanding of economics tells me your question may be answered with basic math related to the cost of doing business in different locations. For example, rent/insurance for a store on Bloomington avenue may be higher than the rent/insurance for a store on Penn Ave. Each store's cost of doing businesz is absorbed into products and services, thereby passed on to the consumer. So, a candy bar that costs $1.55 on Bloomington Ave may be $1.50 on Penn Ave. Hope this helps.

Not at the Corporate Campus, but all Best Buy stores are iPhone retailers.
You should see help sticky text available in the center right side of any view item page. There you could report if it is fault in best buy. I am not sure in your case. If the package is lost after delivery then most probably it's not best buy issue.
