Overall service? I want to speak to corporate about the way they treat their top geek squad customers. For all the money one has to pay to get geek squad services and to get awful service is just downright highway robbery. I have been trying to get a hold of someone but haven’t been connected to anyone with the ability to do something about this issue. If I can get an address and an email to directly submit my complain would be great. I always thought the customer came first but doesn’t seem to be the case with Best Buy.
FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS. Best Buy is guilty of fraud, bait and switch and acting in bad faith! I filed mine! Stand up and file!
Best Buy has been the absolute worst in customer service, delivering our appliances after multiple failures on their end, no installation services when they HAD us scheduled multiple times only to find out we weren’t even on that schedule. So, here we sit with appliances that aren’t functional. Can’t cook, and no ice in the refrigerator. I will never buy from them again and stick with sears like we did last time. They were awesome. This has been the absolute worst experience and I’ve already told many family and friends. Best Buy has also lost their business. And to top it off, we were supposed to get a gift card for the “trouble” we’ve experienced and that manager hasn’t had the deceny to call us back to pick that up. I went to get it and he couldn’t give it to me. This is had been awful!
Brock Weiss! That is exactly what just happened to me. Only my tv was $200 not as much as yours ! Geez I am super pissed for you ! I keep posting my story everywhere so people will stop buying from them. They suck !
Best Buy is the worse especially customer service
They are super bad service! It’s best to drop Best Buy!!!! They don’t care!!! And it shows!!! Not one good thing was said it the feeds above from them like maybe an apology!!! They will wake up one day soon and wonder what happened to their profits. Maybe then they will have time to read about our complaints!!!
Purchase over $11K in new kitchen appliances. They never showed u/p on the scheduled delivery date. 10 days later, they finally showed up in 2 deliveries and changed/refused to install the refrigerator as purchased. So many other issues during the process to describe here. I will never enter a Pacific Kitchen and Sales or Best Buy again. I tell as many people as possible. After all of this, I have never heard from them since delivery. No apology, nothing.
We bought a fridge from them last week and it constantly spews this extremely loud pitched scream. (I'm sure it's a fan or compressor issue) We bought the three year warranty but the Geek Squad won't come out and look at it. They want us to exchange it but our unit rocks and there's not another one close to it (stainless, water, ice) in the same price range.

I brought a laptop that was 6 months old to have a problem fixed. They offered the Geek squad for $199.00. I thought it would extend the service of the machine as it was still under warranty for 6 more months, but no. They could not correct the problem with 3 visits. I now have to send it back to the manufacturer. What crooks and incompetent Geek Squad people. The manager was no help. They told me there was a problem with the windows 10 and ASUS in regard to the sleep mode. According to ASUS - not true. They lied to me. What recourse do I have now???
