It's one fee for both parks.
You only have to pay the one price per ticket and once you enter the park you go to the right for boulder beach and left for the rides. Locker rentals are available in both parts of the park with a non refundable "deposit" and you choose your locker combination or some in the ride part of the park use a key you get at the locker station.
