Before I went in the caverns, the same question crossed my mind but once I went in there it's amazing. You will be fine. Take a flashlight so you will get a better view in the darker areas. Inside the light is similar to having a night light in a dark room.
That depends on you...
It is a cavern. It is like going down a tunnel for about 15 stories and coming into a huge room. I had a young nephew who seemed to be feeling closed in, but it was well lit a comfortable. The air circulation was very good. It is humid and warmer than I expected.
Not for most people. There are some areas that are a little tight. Caverns are large, but you have to go through some tight areas to get to them. Worth it though.
I never felt claustrophobic when I went in these caverns.
Its dark but there is lighting. We had no problems
If your in a big group it could be if your claustrophobic or can't go down a flight of stairs plus in on of the caverns they shut off the lights and if your claustrophobic it may bother you
If you have health issues. Could be hard to walk complete cave tour. Diabetes, heart condition, mental health issues.
Yes... For some people who can't handle dark and small place...
