Yes. But remember that you are going down 180 ft, and you have to come back up. Some of the pathways are a little steep and slippery. But there are handrails to hold on to, and the guide breaks the assent periodically. I am 69 years old, and slightly overweight, and I was able to handle it! Lots of fun.

I don't think so, if you're not healthy to walk the distance, or mainly the incline back up. Asthma, heart....etc
