Thanks for letting me know will be there in two weeks

You can use flash, however your pictures will be terrible. The lighting in the cave is such that if you do not use flash and lengthen the exposure time you'll better capture the beauty of the formations.

You can except if you see any animals (bats) or insects. They do not want their environment being disturbed.

You can, but only in some areas. The tour guide will tell you when to use and not use flash

Yes, You can use the flash on your phone, can't touch nothing or will be fine. Take water with you going down it easy but it was hard going up for lost of people. They will take photo at the end ati be ready for the charge if you like it

Yes you can use the flash on your camera

We were just there a couple of weeks ago and you can use a flash but they really prefer you don't. Especially if it disturbs any of the animals (all we saw was a frog though) if you know how to adjust the light in your phone/camera that really is better because you lose a lot of the natural coloring with the flash.
