Yes this is true. And they tell you before you check in so you do have the option to not stay. We stayed three days, but we clean up after ourselves regardless so not having house keeping for that amount of time was no biggie. Have a great bar and grill.
Thank you all for taking to this post for answers. It is our goal as a hotel group and franchisee of Best Western to keep our very valued guests informed as we continue to follow CDC guidelines, as well as hospitality industry guidelines, in a very strong effort to keep you and our wonderful staff protected from unnecessary potential exposure to covid. We can achieve this goal by continuing to do our very deep cleans and our daily attention to providing important hotel practices information to everyone. The person above is correct. We both tell guests at check-in about our current covid cleaning schedule of every 3 days for those guests staying over, and it is printed in our welcome letter that all guests receive at check-in. Thank you all for asking questions, as well as giving us the opportunity to speak to our very valued guest. If you still need answers or would like to discuss anything, please feel free to reach out to me at our hotel. Our number is 405-947-7000. Kelly Hamm, GM
I'm a guest but I would put it to the mgr. directly that you want the room cleaned daily. I see them clearing rooms everyday. I'd say something every other day but I travel by myself. It's your money and you deserve an explanation.
