Yes. Anywhere in this area of the state there is a tick problem. Spray your clothes with premethrin. That will keep them off.

I was there a couple of months ago and didn't have a tic problem,but now it's getting warmer and tics may reproduce...advise OFF AND CUTTER...have a nice time at Lake Malone
I was there in the summer for about 6 months and no I did not notice a tic problem at all. They keep everything very well cut and clean
