JESSICA Johns, Yes. I know FOR A FACT that Best Buy buys/ trades in/ pays/ recycles old cell phones. Best Buy is actually attached right next/connected to the Mall. I also know there are at least 2 phone retail seller stores in the Mall as well. And Target, across the street from the Mall and facing Bayou Blvd, has an amazing-deal and service phone kiosk back in Electronics area open by 12noon daily. Outside of, but right behind/ next to the Mall facing 9th Avenue, there is an AT&T... and turning on Bayou Blvd takes you past a Metro PCS store with MULTIPLE PHONE OPTIONS.
