Friendly and professional. My nurse was amazing. The tech that did my chest X-ray was fantastic also. Er visits aren’t something anyone wants or enjoys but everyone I had contact with was wonderful. This er wasn’t always this positive so whatever changes were made recently, it was for the better. Thank you again to the staff for being so awesome.

My wife had a critical emergency condition. The ER team at HCA Perdido Bay immediately admitted, evaluated, stabilized, and successfully treated her critical condition. The ER personnel at the HCA Florida Facility are very efficient, professional, caring, and are great communicators to the patient and family members, and provide excellent health care service. The follow-up after patient stabilization involved an ambulance transport to HCA Florida West Hospital to the ER and admittance to CCU where she was also provided excellent health care.

I had cut my finger and knew I needed stitches. I arrived around 5pm checked in and after a few minute wait was led to a treatment room. The nurse took vitals and returned with a tetanus shot. Shortly after that the doctor confirmed that I needed stitches. About 10 minutes went by and he returned to close the wound. Overall it was an excellent visit. Everyone was very courteous and professional.

I had fallen and realized I was more injured than I had thought. A friend drive me to the HCA ER on 98 and Blue Angel. They took me to a room almost immediately. Everyone made me feel comfortable by explaining everything that was being done. The service was better than I've ever received at an ER and the facility was beautiful and calming. Intake was efficient and smooth. I was so pleased with everything that I won't hesitate to go again if needed. The best thing is that it's only 5 minutes from my house. The xray showed a had a small break of my patella and the CT scan showed no issue with my head injury. I highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of one. I was very happy that instead of a curtain around me I was placed in a private exam room...very nice!

If you believe that you are having an emergency please go the closest emergency room for evaluation.
No appointments. Perdido Bay ER is an emergency room, not an urgent care.
I have tricare, but you can call and ask them before you go in. Hope this helps
They have everything! They will charge you a good penny here. Only go if you really need to go. Other than that go to a regular ER.
It is a real ER. They will ask for a copay if they need you to pay but other than that they will bill you.
