It's pretty good. Just over the years the quality has good down. They've gotten more commercial and not as personable as they used to be. I've gotten turned down for loans and even a business account even though I have good credit and not over-extended on loans or anything like that. I've been with them for 27 years and I feel like I get treated like a number and never get anything out of Navy Federal. I went to a bank down the street and opened a business accout in 5 minutes and have a great relationship with them ever since. I've gotten auto loans and business loans, etc. But not with Navy Federal. Don't know what it is, but I do most of my banking elsewhere.

I’m a professional Chef and 21year Active military service member. So before I leave my review. I would like you to consider two things that went into the justification of this review. The first star of my review is based off the facility, point-blank the facility is immaculate. This navy federal Facility branch is perfect very clean I like it. My second star “personnel”, well personnel were there they were available and they looked clean. Now I’ll go into why you don’t receive the remainder of the three stars. First of all I’ll note that I live 35 minutes away from this particular navy federal branch. I personally prefer to go to the navy federal on Davis highway, his branch is 55 minutes away from me. The Davis highway branch runs like a well oiled machine even with a line wrapping around the building of more than 20 to 30 vehicles they still run as if there a perfectly maintained branch. This branch on US 98 that Im Generously giving the two stars to I feel as if it’s a valid review. First I drove all the way down to his branch to pick up a cashiers check I was turned away, the branch out a valid reason I did explain to them that I picked up three cashiers checks before at the Davis highway location. I was told that they shouldn’t be doing that. So I called it was clarified we all found out that I am able to pick up his cashiers check. And if you’re wondering what’s the point of this review. I was listed under a joint account and some not all but some of the service staff didn’t understand that I was able to pick up anything under a joint account. Wait there is more. So after all the misunderstandings were squashed, the service member that was helping me still believed after they were told three times that I was able to pick this check up, they believed that they weren’t able to give me this check. So the servicemember went to get the manager and the manager tells the servicemember to give me the check then all of a sudden there was an issue with the printer. The manager Cleared up the issue with the printer so that I could receive the check. At this point I’ve personally felt like this lady I’m sorry this service member did not want to give me This Check. So Internet shell that’s why I am leaving the two stars but honestly I’m really gonna leave three stars because I still love navy federal it was just a miss information and misunderstanding of service members not wanting to take the proper guidance from their leadership. So please just listen to your leadership that’s why they are in that position. 3 stars

I had been a member since 1998 and I had never treated in the awful way I was treated by this very hateful and bitter female msr whom I had noticed her for the past two months who does have a very nasty and condescend attitude towards the public. There was not anyone else in front of her while I was waiting at the Express line and the nice young man at that line was busy so I walked up to her line just for a debit card replacement. She didn't acknowledge me while I was waiting and when she did she only said YES so I told her what I needed it and she sent me away back to the express line. I was there around 1030 am CST and she was the first one towards the main entrance with dark hair and tanned probably late 30s mid 40s

My wife and I are planning to relocate to Knoxville, Tennessee from Pensacola, Florida. We have bank accounts at NFCU in Pensacola. Can we still access our accounts in Knoxville and do normal banking like we do in Pensacola?

I'm not sure if NFCU has Shared Branching, but if they do you can actually go to another credit union that is that shared Branching network and conduct banking business.
