Usually 5 or 6 on the eve. I think normal hours the next day.
It opens 10 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m. however I can't speak of the stores inside the mall and how late they're open especially during the holiday season. I would imagine they'll be some stores open for the sales that go on New year's, but I couldn't say for sure you can always call them any particular stores that you have in mind.
