Annual passes are currently available for sale at the Parks and Conservation Resources Administration Office, 12520 Ulmerton Road, Largo, FL 33774 and the Fort De Soto Park Administration Office, 3500 Pinellas Bayway S, Tierra Verde, FL 33715. Passes are available by mail. Permit includes vehicle parking at Fort De Soto Park (beach area only), Sand Key Park and Fred Howard Park.
