The Soo Line Trailhead on US 10 south of Little Falls MN serves both the ATV trail and the paved bike trail. From the trailhead, the bike trail runs southwest through Bowlus and joins the Lake Wobegon trail through Holdingford and continues southwest all the way to Albany. 31 miles. In Albany, the trail intersects the northwest/southeast part of the Lake Wobegon trail which runs from St. Joseph all the way to Fergus Falls. Paved all the way, but some parts are a little rough. The northwest part of the trail changes names along the way becoming the Central Lakes trail.
All Trails app would provide more information. We have used it for biking from Royalton to Alwxandria and ATV from Royalton to Duluth.
