Who cleans Millenium Park shuttle/bus stop areas? As of week of Monday, May 14, 2018, the bus/ shuttle area is filled with Popeye's waste containers and is generally filthy.

It sounds like no one cleans them. Complain to the city; start with city council representatives. Since most people don't want to carry trash around with them, they leave it. Ask for waste recepticals to be placed at the bus stops. After all, trash not pick up is trash strewn about the city.

Maybe the filthy people who improperly discarded their trash should be held responsible... I think the city of Livonia or the bus line is ultimately responsible to clean it up.
