They only recline a bit, and have a little rocking to them. The back two rows are much nicer and for dining, but there's a cost.
Bo No No reclining seats. Club seats are coming but not reclinin.

They are rather luxurious leatherbound chairs. The two most rear rows of seats do rock and have ample table space with liftable armrests...alas, no footstool is provided. (B.Y.0.Ottoman [for the Empire])
No it does not. They are very comfortable chairs, but they don't recline with a footsie.
They recline a bit but not like the Emagine theatres, you don't get your own armchairs unless you sit in the last row & pay a bit more.
