They did when i was there.

Campground for RVs is open and all sites are full hookup. Most sites are back in and everything is graveled. Sites near canals are slopped for drainage.

Yes, the campground is just across the road, opposite the hotel. The campground is in excellent condition, the Wi-Fi signal and Internet speed are wonderful. The campground has enough space for even the largest RV. The site is surrounded by trees, but leaves enough access space to the road.

We were there in July and they did. Right across street from motel.

There is a campground directly behind non beach side not sure if is owned and ran by El govenor

Yes and it is very affordable and if you stay at the campground you have access to the swimming pool and the beach and the grilling at fish prepping area as well as the beach
