July 2022 - We really enjoyed our 2 night's stay. Great, dog-friendly stay. The rooms were spotless and a good size, especially since we were on the second floor the high ceilings made it feel even bigger. It was also great to walk into the room after a hot day of hiking and they had the room nicely cooled off. It looks like they recently renovated. Nice, large fridge and microwave. Everything felt very clean and in great condition. We also enjoyed the little town of Victor, although it was much further from the NPs than we expected (my fault). The wifi also worked great. It was a struggle to get the TV working - I don't care but my husband did. Very peaceful with great sunset views.

I was pleased with the beds and the cleanliness of the room. I feel like it was a great stay until I got charged 300$ and told it was because someone smoked in my room when I don't even smoke and had 3 kids with me. I am beyond upset they charged me this when there was NEVER any smoke in my room!

I booked this hotel through Booking.com (aka Priceline). But, then I had to change my dates. Both Booking.com and I tried to reach the hotel to request the change. Booking.com tried to call and sent emails. I called and left 3 voicemail message and also sent an email. After a week of failed attempts, I canceled my reservation through Booking.com and booked an Airbnb. It's too bad because most of the reviews were favorable and the location was just perfect for my ski plans at Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee.
