Room 21 nice, clean and a great view. Looks like they are in process of remodeling as you can see evidence of it in the hallways & rooms. No check-in personnel on premises. They email you & text you & in our case we had to call for clarification. Beautiful harbor view & privacy from room 21. Bedroom, bathroom and seating are with a mini fridge and coffee maker. No microwave. Walking distance to everything including a coffee house a block away. (Executive Suite)

Rooms were pleasant. Service is awful. Management literally screamed at me telling me "he is not taking sh!t from anyone" when they forgot to bring us fresh towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags after multiple requests over two days. This is after we prepaid almost $1200 for two rooms for three nights! Also, the internet is terrible. We were hoping to come back, and we might because of the location, but they don't deserve our business.

-Hotel is run down, dirty, and smelled musty. -No staff on site, leaving a voicemail was the only way of connecting with staff. -Photos and description offered online are deceiving. -Management was rude but did offer to refund our bill if we could find alternate accommodations which we did. -Perhaps reviews on this entablement wouldn't be so harsh if the rates were not at the same premium as upscale area hotels.

We stayed in unit 9 and it had been recently renovated. Room was nice, 2 king beds with new bedding. The bathroom was beautifully done. The hotel is just across the street from the bay. Walking distance from shopping and dining. The owner was exceptionally nice and very helpful. We certainly hope to come back.
