I doubt this is a question rather than a comment. Why don't you try Lucy Van Pelt. She only charges 5 cents. Her and her brother Linus live next door to Charlie Brown. It's not uncommon for companies to under estimate the weather, they aren't plotting against you. Walmart wants your money. You might try places that carried these products before Walmart started to carry them. Hardware stores. Make take more than one stop. They may have under estimated the weather also. We do but some weather is hell then other state. Sorry. Try if you have Dollar General store. Try them.
