Other than the Brenten skating rink, I've never seen any sculptures. Pappajohn's Sculptures is a permanent art park all year round. Very enjoyable no matter when you see tbem.

No, but they do have the skating rink on Grand next to the river.... Sometimes have some ice sculptures there
