Yes there is a Post Office within a 2 mile radius
There is a P.O. nearby. This is one of the best Red Rooves in the country. Great staff.

I googled it there are three post office in panama . one is pretty near. But the red roof in is not a great place to stay . I hope this helps
I stayed at that hotel but i have no idea. I'm sorry. We were visiting and didn't even think of a post office.
I don't know much about Panama City, maybe you can Google map it?
