Very knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive staff. Dr. Chris Wells is attentive to how you are feeling, any concerns or symptoms since last visit. Dr. Wells knowledge regarding your symptoms, test, any lab results since last visit are discussed with you. Dr. Wells ask additional questions from you and he listens. He discusses with you his Assessment and Plan of Treatment. I recommend Dr. Wells for all your Gastroenterology (GI) needs.

My husband had his consultation scheduled with Dr. Ching. Only had to wait about 10 minutes total. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. The PA was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Staff is kind and fast!! They make you feel welcome and safe. If you have any stomach issues, go here!! No complaints from me (and best beleive I know how to complain!)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. took plenty of time with me. He explained the results of prior testing and planned a course of treatment. He discussed the new medication, and dangers of others I was taking. I was very impressed with the level of care.

Yes She Was Very Informative
The staff there is very good. I doubt your insurance would be billed. It's odd that the wait was so long. But like the previous posted suggested I'd call and ask.
Sometimes but then sometimes it's faster, I think because the Dr. Spends what ever time she needs with each patient at each visit. At least Dr. Shilpa does.

I'm not sure that they ask or test for that. I'm a patient of Dr. Shilpa and I don't remember being asked but I do not use medical cannabis.
