If you park next to the bridge there was a pretty well worn path right behind the parking area that goes back in and to the left (pretty much following along the water) We had trouble finding the cliffs when we went in on the Juniper trailhead down the road but we accidentally found this trail on the way out. I don't remember it being marked by signs near the bridge though. We actually stopped there first but ultimately decided to go a bit further down the road bc of this. If you do go to the Juniper trailhead you will come to an area that isn't that far from the road that looks like tall grass to the right of the trail with a slightly worn path but this is what we followed. It takes you to the top of the cliffs. It was a little tricky to navigate down so I would definitely recommend looking for the path from the bridge area.
Once you get to where the red cliff are there will be a drop you have to climb down to get to the water it's kinda tricky so you just have to be careful
