Great fun. Camping atmosophere to unplug. Kayaked and end up at campground. It was awesome!! Cabin was fun!

Rented the Safari cabin. Cute. Shower was poorly designed: unadjustable shower head pointed at the too short shower curtain resulted in water all over the floor. No cell service, no operable TV or instructions for the dish. No one on site for questions or if we'd had an emergency. Felt abandoned after being dropped at the river for our 3 hour kayak adventure. The river was a bit wilder than I expected and we didn't receive any warning about tree falls completely obstructing the flow. This was my first kayaking trip so I was hyper vigilant and thanks to my athletic sister, I avoided floating the river without the kayak.

Google directions are incorrect. Check their website for the correct directions before you end up in the middle of the woods with nothing around you. The place is very pretty, several pond for you to swin, you can rent kayak or canoe same price . The staff is super nice and will place you in a route base on how long you want to be out there. No cell service, bring cash to tip the staff they earned their tip. I recommend you travel in an suv or truck lots of dirt roads and you have to cross over a small creek.

My husband and I spent three nights primitive camping here. If I could give it more stars I would. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The grounds were well kept and clean. Canoe and kayak rentals are available on site or bring your own and use their shuttle service. Volleyball court and horseshoes also available. Plenty of trees for hammocks next to any of the four ponds on premises. All around great time. We're already planning our next trip!

Hi Jennifer, you do not need a fishing licence to fish in our private stocked catch and release pond. You do however, need a fishing licence if you want to fish in the river.
I camped there a year ago and the cell reception was very spotty. There is supposed to be wifi but I couldn't access it at the time. And as far as I understand there is no cable either. The cabins do have a antenna which will pick up stations from Pensacola.
I believe $150ish range... there are a few to chose from and they differ I believe.
You might in busy season
