They need more staff in Pharmacy. Phone wait time is over 30 minutes every time, doesn't matter the time. Only seems like one person works there at a time. Horrible management. The staff, generally speaking, are very nice, but that doesn't help answering phones, notifying customers with issues or filled RX or in quickly & efficiently servicing the drive-thru. Don't think about going next door to Walgreens ... they're worse.
That's exactly what they do. You need samples from your physician to hold you over until their order gets in .
