Stay away from here. They don't take accountability for their wrong doings which is all the time. The pharmacist and I just had a heated exchange over the phone because the staff failed to do their jobs and acknowledge their wrong doings. They pharmacy staff lie, they say one thing and don't do nothing. It shouldn't take 6 hours to fill a prescription. I'm going to a new pharmacy because this cvs is GHETTO!!!! I'm a certified pharmacy tech myself. They need to hire me to boost the customer service.Rite aide or Walgreens here I come.

World's worst pharmacy. It routinely takes a minimum of a week to get them on the phone after spending a half hour or more on multiple unanswered holds. They screwed up a prescription transfer 4 times before getting it right. My first refill was called in 4 days ago and it is still not ready. They asked if I wanted to "expedite" it. Worst of all, it is the "preferred" pharmacy of my worthless insurance company so I can't change without a penalty. Avoid this place at all costs!

They need more staff in Pharmacy. Phone wait time is over 30 minutes every time, doesn't matter the time. Only seems like one person works there at a time. Horrible management. The staff, generally speaking, are very nice, but that doesn't help answering phones, notifying customers with issues or filled RX or in quickly & efficiently servicing the drive-thru. Don't think about going next door to Walgreens ... they're worse.
