I try not to leave bad reviews but I just can't help it. I am so beyond over this location it's ridiculous! There is one young lady there who is always pleasant and kind the few times I visited this location but unfortunately the way the establishment is ran is a hot mess. My last straw was today. I pulled up the person working drivethru was speaking to her coworkers thru the microphone (unprofessional), then decided to take my order. I asked a question about a menu item being available because as another reviewer stated they are always out of something, so she proceeded to tell me, "yeah, it should be up there on the menu", ok fine I proceed to place my order. I ordered 2 drinks a sandwich and some munchins. I get to the window, I get handed my drinks. As I wait patiently, the window opens back up and she is like what are you waiting for? I said my sandwich and munchkins. She says, Oh thats not on here, they didn't charge you. So the nice young lady came up and confirmed my order. So I proceeded to pay for my additional items. I leave (my own fault for not checking my bag) I get home only to see my munchin order is incorrect and instead of a sandwich I have two donuts. So I over paid for dang on munchkins and two donuts. Where is the quality check at this establishment? They must do better. I will not be returning and will drive to the suffolk location (15 minutes) before I return to this one it it is literally 4 minutes from house.

I’m so over this location! As the other reviews have mentioned, the old lady who just so happens to ALWAYS be working the window is rude and always cuts people off when ordering. You can ask for extra of something and they’ll say okay and not give it to you at the window. Why am I paying you to make my order wrong? I avoid this one like the plague. That lady acts like extras is coming out of her paycheck. I will definitely be calling corporate because this must be independently owned.

Sis with the faux locs as of Wednesday (9Feb22)… please do better! AS SOON as I pull up… introduce my order as a mobile order …IMMEDIATELY I’m greeted with… 1.// Poor attitude, terrible customer service at the drive thru. It’s almost like you want to deter customers with that unpleasant attitude! Lol just rude for no reason. Like I’m an Inconvenience lol 2.//DD probably caters to the morning rush, I get it, but if I’m spending the same money…I expect a decent donut even if it’s 3pm. I mean you guys are open so…? Why should I have to get stale donuts or none at all? Don’t tell me I need to come in the morning! You’re open, and I expect donuts. It’s not like I’m coming like an hour or two prior to closing! 3.//Items on the menu aren’t available, they’re seasonal (or so I was told)…well why are they still posted AND there to order on the mobile app? And you guys don’t have liquid sugar?? Lol well what do you put in the iced coffee when I ask for extra sugar?? Moving on… Thank goodness my ISSUES were remedied by good customer service elsewhere. Do your job and give customers a pleasant experience. I don’t think that’s too much to ask since we are keeping you in business.

My husband went to this location and ordered a mocha ice coffee and a bunch of donuts but specifically 6 chocolate frosted and they gave him one and the rest of the chocolate frosted had sprinkles. We were just going to deal with that until he took a bite into the donut and found a hair. I've called 7 times in a row and Facebook message this location with no response. I want my money back.
