I bought my second Cadillac SUV here. Love the car. But the "welcome" and follow-up have been awful. Not friendly on the sales floor, no "thank you" in a personal email. Nothing. I don't believe in slamming businesses in social media...let's see if they follow-up with a phone call to me. They know my email and phone....
