Do not need a Discovery Pass. In fact, when you camp there, your blue receipt on your rearview mirror will also get you into other State Parks near there for the days you are camping. RV camping is $50, unless you have any discount passes (military, disability). You will need to reserve well in advance, as it is a popular State Park near the Beach. Enjoy.
It's around $60 or so a night to camp at the state park and you don't need a discover pass to camp.
