Stayed here on 8/12/18 room was DIRTY popcorn all over the bed on dresser and on the floor, long black hair in the sink and tub, makeup on the sheets, towels hung haphazardly, do not think our room was cleaned at all after the previous occupant.

I've stated at alot if drury inns always a good experience you should have called them they could have moved you.

I stay there all the time while in Drs Moines and always have had a positive experience. You should have called the front desk.

We stayed in July and had a very positive experience.
