Yes recently became a no kill shelter with foster program and they offer microchippimg for 25$.

They Are a No Kill designated shelter (which is great) BUT CAN still euthanize up to 10% of sick OR ill-tempered animals & still KEEP their NO KILL STATUS. Just FYI

Yes, although I believe you have to live in the city of Norman to bring an animal into the shelter.

It's not a Kill it helps all kinds of animals and they are very friendly I have my dog put down you was too old he was dying I did not want him to suffer it was 18 years old I have ever since she was a little tiny little dog I miss him so much
