It's mainly for guests at the lodge yes. Groups of 15 or more are allowed to book group rates as well. Semi private park but that's not a bad thing as it is a bit small. I go here to board fairly often. It is fun but the price of admission is a bit high in my opinion. If staying at the lodge it is a must do for sure. The flowrider being the major attraction.
