Staff was very friendly and helpful. The 24-hour pool is awesome. We had a very quiet night in a clean room and many options for breakfast the next morning.

Horrible customer service. Was charged for nights which were not used even when trying to cancel over 24 hours before the date of the stay. The manager told me one thing and then did the opposite. Extremely unhappy to have my money stolen. Stay somewhere that cares about their customers instead.

The hotel was decent. Not high class but well kept and clean. The employees were VERY nice! They gave me and my family a 30% discount for absolutely no reason. My family was very exhausted from a 10 hour ride arriving at 10pm and the employees were very hospitable!

Pros: easy access Cons: soooo noisy, walls are paper thin and I am in the room right now and can hear the shower running in the room? Above us, next to us? The people above us have been stomping around since FIVE this morning. So much for sleeping in!!! The room is small for the price, We would have stayed in the lodge for this price, but last minute, they had no vacancy. It’s a no for staying here.again. 2 stars, maybe 3 and that’s only because the room WAS clean. These people above us, HOW RUDE!!! Thanks for considering other occupants and trying to be quiet…….
