Water bottles are a maybe but if you smile they might let get away with it😁
No but you can always get a stamp, leave the park, and come back whenever you want.
You cannot bring outside food or drinks into the park at all except for baby foods. They usually turn a blind eye to water bottles, though. I've always brought a water bottle.
