I played phone tag with them last month. They were fairly responsive but coming up on Labor Day weekend I'm sure they're busy. Not big fan of their phone set up but it is what it is, leave a message when you ca and keep your phone at hand.

I stayed there last month and called 1-800-MEDORA-1 to make and later confirm the reservation. Spoke to a person both times.
