I am having the same problem, not my pet, but my sister's. Her dog was injured and we have no way of paying for it. Unfortunately, I agree with Maria Gallo... this is the reason I don't have pets. My little sister was not in a position to take responsibility for a life, now it's on me to save this poor dog.
Hello Laura, CVHS typically does not pay personal veterinary costs for owned animals. Please contact our front desk at 319-362-6288 to talk to an employee for suggestions of how to help your situation.
I hate to say this but if you dont have money to take care of your cat, you can surrender it. In Hope's that Critter Crusade will step in and help or the vet there may help but your cat will be put up for adoption. Maybe set up a Go Fund Me account to try and get some funds for vet care. Call Animal Family Hospital. They are very reasonable also Anamossa and Frey has a vet that is good.
I honestly dont know
