While I try for appointment the phone was always busy. it took two days to get an appointment, but process not took more than 30mins. try to go with morning earliest schedule.

I have to cut my hours at work to get my disability and if I cut my hours I'm not going to make enough to pay bills and buy food till I get it. You shouldn't have to cut your hours till your on it because cutting hours makes people at risk of loosing their housing and etc. They need to change some of their guidelines. Social security is a joke and should be shut down. They don't give you what you rightly deserve. They lowball you. There workers don't know how to do their job. They told me I had to reply so I did and now they tell me since I didn't repeal to it I won't be able to get my back pay. I tried to repeal and you told me I had to reply. Not right at all. Don't know how to answer the phone either. DON'T BECOME DISABLED PEOPLE BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ENOUGH MONEY TO PAY FOR YOUR BILLS AND YOU WILL COME HOMELESS.

You'll have to go to your local court house and file for a name change. Cost varies by county. You'll need to call your court house to see what documents besides divorce decree to start the process. They will explain to you how long it will take to see if the judge approved the request. Hope that helps
