Here's your answer Straight From their website ☺. ..."Vehicle traffic is allowed seasonally on portions of the beach. Driving is allowed only on the uppermost hard-packed sand, and all the rules of the road apply, as on a public roadway. The speed limit on the beach is 25 m.p.h. All-terrain vehicles are not allowed in the park, on the beach, or dune areas"...
The beach is considered a roadway, so vehicles would have to be street legal. No ATVs allowed.
No atvs are allowed on the beach.
Lots of police patroling all the time
Street legal atvs. Make sure they have tags and plates or you will feel the pinch from johnny law.
Thats a really good question Ive personally never seen ATVs on the beach id call an ask to make sure its okay so you dont bring them an cant use them... otherwise in town their is a place you can rent mopeds and bicycles
