What has happened to the Hoquiam Rite Aid Pharmacy? They used to be efficient, quick, and accurate. The last prescription I wanted filled took me three tries. I phoned it in using the automated phone line. A day later I called to see if it was ready. I was told by an actual employee (not automated) that it was in. When I went in to get it I was told that it was not ready. I waited two days and went in again. That time I was told that too much time had elapsed and it was put back on the shelf! Third time was the charm. I finally got my prescription. What has happened? This pharmacy used to be really good!

I went to the doctor today and got some medicine called into be filled and was told it’s not ready yet mind you it’s been two hours because I drove back from being seen in Olympia. I get to window to find out that it’s still in processing it hasn’t even been started yet apparently you have to call and check in with them like they are a dr office to medication filled around these parts. I asked this rude pharmacist how long is it going to be another two hours and he’s like yeah and I’m going to lunch right now so maybe longer. When I asked him for his name and the Corporate number he looked at me and smiled and said you can look it up. I wish there was other big name pharmacy around this little town like CVS or Walgreens bc I wouldn’t think twice about leaving this pharmacy. I believe the lady up front when asked what his name was since he didn’t give it to me was Q floating Pharmacist from another store. Probably why you don’t have store that wasn’t you full time. I hear they are closing 236 stores maybe they should make it 237 and let it be the Hoquiam one.

If I could give it a zero star I would I have been VERY displeased by the Rite Aid Pharmacy in Hoquiam Washington. For the last 6-8 weeks they have messed with multiple medications. the most important one is Novolog 70/30 which is for my diabetes.

This is a nice location. Friendly staff, and notably well stocked shelves. Better product selection than other locations. The Pharmacy staff is cordial and polite; be it at the counter, drive thru or delivery service. This Rite Aid sets a standard in customer service excellence, and cleanliness.

I am not sure if theirs are the rapid tests, if I were you I would call them just to verify that so if you need to go somewhere else you have plenty of time to do so.
I don't think so
