Rented a truck and no issues. The parking lot is next to nothing. I’ve had to witness completely crazy customers a few times but that’s not Uhaul's fault.

What is with this place, the people behind the counter were so rude. Every time I asked a question regarding the rental of the truck they were so annoyed, and I was the one that was being polite and nice. Just because someone has been behind that counter for 13 years does NOT give them permission to treat customers with terrible service.

We rented a 15ft truck. This is the second uhaul rental. After the first time. I promised I would never rent from them again. But I have them a second chance...big mistake. They promised me a truck at 10 am 3 miles from my daughter's location. I called 2 days before I needed it to confirm. 1 day before we needed it they changed location farther away and told me the truck would not be in until 5pm. That would waste a day to move and the people who would help me load. So finally they found a truck 35 miles away at noon. We showed up and NO trucks. Regional manager said they would work on finding a truck and call me in San Diego. 3 hours later they a truck 35 miles north. I've rented from Penske before. More expensive, nicer trucks, no breakdowns like my first uhaul truck experience and the trucks were always there. So is it worth the higher price to avoid uhaul? Every penny.
I'm not sure if U-Hual has a used truck program but I know Enterprise does
They would have different rates for the storage facilities and I'm not sure U-Haul offers moving services
