Run away. We spent $10K there on 5 items for our kitchen. 2 of them had defects. They had no interest in replacing them or helping. Told us to call Kitchen aid and figure it out with them.

I purchased a set of Viking kitchen appliances in May of 2021. They were delivered in September of 2021. In April of 2022 the dishwasher broke and I called for repair under warranty. They could not disclaim responsibility and shift me off to the manufacture fast enough. When I called Viking they asked for the serial number of the dishwasher and it turns out it was made in 2018 three years earlier. I asked of they would ship a three year old dishwasher to Pacific sales, he said we cannot make them fast enough right now to fill all the orders there is no way something would sit here for three years. Im going to take a giant leap and guess that Pacific Sales took back a used dishwasher, refurbished it and delivered it to me. Now, faced with the evidence they will not take responsibility for any part of this fraudulent sale of a used unit. Buyer beware...

My husband and I recently purchased a new home that we have been remodeling. We sought out the help of Pacific Sales for replacement of appliances, sinks and tubs. We ordered the tubs from the Carlsbad store and our sales person was Blake Provenza. One of the tubs was not due in until the end of January and Blake followed this order from the time we placed it up until delivery yesterday. He was right on top of things and kept us informed at all times. Today he followed up to see how delivery went and how we liked the tub. I am very impressed with this man's diligence and devotion to his customers. Pacific Sales is very lucky to have him as a part of their sales team. I would recommend this store and Blake to anyone looking for the types of products this store has to offer.

This review is for my mother. She ordered this refrigerator through this store and had it delivered to her new residence across country. Best Buy had bought Pacific Sales or something of that nature during the purchase and so even though she purchased with Pacific Sales in Carlsbad she was in communication with both Pacific Sales and Best Buy. Well, the refrigerator came late and when it did come the glass was shattered on the freezer portion. The refrigerator does work but having this eyesore in her house is sad, especially from such a reputable company. This refrigerator has been here in the kitchen for at least 3 months now with no new refrigerator in sight. She didn’t want to leave a review but I feel like the word needs to get out and there should be a remedy fast. She also ordered a range and the range did come but the special knob colors did not come and there is no word of when those will actually show up. I know it’s covid and whatnot and all her items were late and she was more then patient but this is just sad.
