When I was there recently, they had a sign for it in front of a pit with no water. I assumed it was intended as ironic humor. Some of the people working there had a really good sense of humor.
Saw it yesterday, it's just a dry pit with scattered debris in it.
The valley was in a drought so had to drain it to conserve water
Haven't really seen any progress. Doesn't mean they aren't still considering it.
