The paths aren't paved so it might be rough. It's pretty open though. The exhibits aren't like a traditional zoo. A person in a wheelchair should have no trouble seeing the animals.

No disrespect to them but this zoo is not the cleanest and its heavy animal smell my son and I had to take benadryl when we left we couldn't breathe! I wouldn't throw a wedding here.

There are lots of hotels in the Frankenmuth and Burch Run areas. Zhender's splash village has a water park, the Drury Inn had dinner and breakfast included, Marv Herzog is historic, it all depends on what you're in the mood for.

They will be closed until May I believe. Very enjoyable experience for us. You get close to the animals. Keep an eye out for a groupon. Two adults ten bucks when we went.
