My husband lived there and I was going to move in with him when we married but the buildings are dirty and smell moldy, animal urine and pot. People were breaking in and stealing from the (secure) storage areas. In the apartments there are cockroaches and the smell of mold made me sick. WE MOVED!!!!

Nice place to live, they try hard to fix things as soon as possible management and owner of the property are nice people seem sincere, good value for the area. Everything is close by shopping, dining, nice area to take a walk, recommend if looking for for apartment. Wouldn't have a problem with someone mention they saw my review when inquiring into renting a apartment!

Leaking kitchen ceiling hasn't been fixed and roaches. Do not move in these apartment. Vincent Townhomes are the worst. Lying Marianee.

I recently moved to the Silver Creek Apartments to be closer to work. I love this place, it's very clean, quiet and spacious with lots of room for storage. I honestly feel like I'm in the Springhill or Courtyard by Marriott hotels minus the pool Lol. I don't know what the other reviews were saying about mold but I looked at several apartment buildings here before I moved in (I'm picky) and NEVER smelled/saw any mold whatsoever and I have a very sensitive nose. As a first time buyer I felt Bonnie was very honest and informative and the model apartment is very much like what the actual apartments are except it is fully furnished. Would highly recommend, five stars!!!
