I’ve reviewed them once and I’ll do it again. Best BK I’ve been to. I’ll give them my service time and time again. The owners are present and always put the customer first. I forget that other BK’s are nowhere near this level of service.

I ordered late in drive trow, asking for fresh made, I understand the waiting, I didn't even leave their parking lot, noticed everything fresh but the Burger, I went back to drive trow, Manager handing me my money, after taking back my food, without any respect, even refused to give me a free drink for what i went through. Two weeks later exactly same thing happened and when I go back to drive trow the same manager, closed the window on me, I go to front door it was closed, and he saw me and turned off the open sign, and starting to cussed me out. I had to leave the food on the front door. I went back few days later and I spoke to the day manager she was trying to help me get my money back, but she couldn't because the evening Manager refused. It was only $18, no big deal, but I have to drive few extra miles for different store close by. I still cant believe a person with his title "Manager", could or would acted like that in several instances, but i found out he was also the owner. Just a shame
