When you pay for 3 months of service roughly 12 pickups and you only pick up waste 3 or 4 , but then bill me another full 3 months and continue to skip me is the same as stealing ! ..

Having the same problem and on top of that we played in August and now they are charging us 298 for 1 can like what in the world.

We've had it to where they emptied one trash can and left the other full. We are allowed two trash cans. My husband has tried calling numerous times but they won't answer. This company is horrible!!
