My dad and I came to get the new key of they mail box and this colored skin lady told us that we couldn’t have 2 keys she humiliating my dad making it seem like we couldn’t have 2 houses we only needed the key and she was very agressive and raising her voice we had all the paperwork they need for us to get the key when we get a package with another address and my dad’s name she was really rude about it and told us she couldn’t help us at all and then this lady there getting a package try to help us communicate with the lady and she kept ignoring and was really racist toward us and made seem like we didn’t understand Anything she was it was when we talk to the guy there and he was more calm about but still told us he couldn’t give us another key just bcs we got an Amazon with another address it was later on when the supervisor came she was able to help us with getting the key I just hope we never have to come back sadly I can’t give it 0 stars

Call the post office to let them know I need to pick up my mailbox keys, local post office doesn't take phone calls anymore. It all goes to a 1-800 number. 1-800 number tells me to go to post office during business hours to get my keys set up. Leave work early. Drive an hour to the post office, Just to be told it's only on specific days and times. Icing on the cake and the in the past they would drop the keys off at your house. When I mention this to the gentleman so I don't have to make another one hour drive. He just asks me what my address is. I tell it to him and he doesn't even put anything in the computer just says no we can't do it. I don't blame any of these issues on the poor people that work at the post office. I just blame it on the poor leadership You can come to expect from an establishment. That's hard to hold responsible for issues. When you ask for a phone number, they just give you a 1-800 number. Oh and yes they have a call center outside of the country answering phone calls for mail inside of this country. Again not hitting on those people that work. Those call centers. Just the stupid system that's been put in place by corrupt politicians and lobbying that wants to defund the public mail service. What a great day to be alive 🤔.

Our carrier is lazy! She just left a package on my porch in the pouring rain and now the contents are ruined! She’s lost one of my packages that I had to replace out of my own pocket! I’ve only lived in Cleveland two months and I DONT trust Cleveland PO with my packages!!

I am looking with a customer care number to report the lack the of care and poor service. Brandi was one of the rudest person I have dealt with. This type of service should not be allowed with USPS. They service our mail. She yelled, hung up, and would not even answer the call. One star only due to having to give a star...
