Why does the customer get penalized 4.00 to pay by credit card??? I don't think that's fair to the consumer. Most people dont use checks anymore. I know I dont have any. So I get charged 4.00 to pay by credit card. That sucks !!!!

It's usually the billing company that processes the credit card that is charging the fee

I run a business if you use a credit card the business is charged a processing and handling fee , for your convenience to use your card to pay for your product and get your miles or money back ect, why should a business pay for your convenience , credit is a convenience for you not the business your doing business with , so they are doing what most business is doning no days , forwarding on the fees for you to do business with your credit cards , simple as that , as for servive with this company so far it is not good !

I feel you. I got charged a reinstatement fee for a bill I didnt even know I had, and services I was not even getting. Had to go through BBB to cancel everything before they tried to do it again. This company is not worth your time. Good luck.
